Two people come out of a building and into a story...

Not a two story building, but a twenty-two story building. It was an old French inspired architecture hotel in a beach town. They walked into the first bar they layed eyes on. The bar lady at this particular bar, was exhausted. She taught English to foreigners during the day and bartended at night. Her name was Delilah.
It was a warm and fresh Saturday evening and the women in the bar were dressed immaculately. Shining pearls and diamonds adorned their plunging necklines as they swayed to and fro across the room in their elegant dresses. Delilah leaned her tired body against the wall behind the bar, closing her eyes for a minute and wondered what it must have been like to be one of them.
Before she could open her eyes she heard a sudden fit of giggling and hoped she had not been caught drifting away in her own dream land. She looked up and noticed how the attention of the room was all drawn to one corner. There stood two strapping lads, with long dark hair, handsome and awkward. The two were so equally aesthetically appealing she battled to decide where to look! “I wonder where they are from” she pondered.
They were a band visiting from Europe and had heard about the beauty that frequented the bar. Nervously they approached the bar and ordered a round of liqueurs. Delilah was quite hesitant in her service as she wittingly took note of the other women and their infatuation. Time went by and the closing of her shift drew near, her only reprieve was the knowledge of escaping to a little restaurant around the corner where an Uncle kept his doors open till late especially for her. The crowd grew smaller and one by one the women filtered through the revolving doors and a little smile was born.
The lights were dimmed and the room was empty and as she locked up, Delilah turned around to see if everything was in order. As she pushed the door she felt her hand being held behind her and heard a soft, luxurious voice whisper... “Is there somewhere you recommend for a dance, my dear?”
